Description

Universal semi-automatic machine with vertical stroke table for (screen printing) screen printing, designed for single color and multi-color printing on cylindrical objects such as: mugs, glasses, ashtrays, bottles, buckets, bottles, car pistons, etc. (product holders not included).

This machine can optionally be equipped with a flat-printing equipment-designed for printing on flat objects such as paper, cardboard, wood, glass, metal, plastic, film, etc.

Equipment for printing on oval surfaces - designed for monochrome and multicolor printing oval objects (designer mugs, glasses, oval plates, etc. (piece holders not included).

Semi-automatic machine for screen printing standard issue:

• Pneumoperitoneum for precise vertical lifting and lowering of the printing table, parallel to the printed frame.

• Mechanical adjustment of the printing gap. With the help of which you can adjust the distance of the lift table with respect to the printing frame that allows to seal products up to a diameter of 110 mm.

• Controls: on, off, control of movement and speed control of printing, print completion, setting up different print programs and programming sequences of work, monitoring of the printing process, manual and automatic print cycle, etc.

• Side clamps, which are equipped with rigid holders screw fixing the printing frame. Holders securely hold the frame, eliminating in the process of printing its displacement and mobility, as well as to prevent re-alignment.

• Micrometer register, which allows to align the position of the table in all directions with respect to the stencil plate.

• Pneumatic system with separate adjustment of the contact pressure of the squeegee and forrakelya. To ensure high precision and stability of pressure during the printing process, as well as the flawless repetition of kreschatyska throughout the printing cycle.
