UV screen printing ink for pretreated polyethylene and polypropylene, rigid PVC, polystyrene, painted surfaces, metals and glass.
Ultraplus UVP is a universal and highly resistant paint for screen-printed with UV cure, with a very high chemical resistance, which is suitable for the following printed materials: pre-treated polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP); lacquered surfaces and surfaces with powder-coated; glass (decorating the interior, where no access of moisture); rigid PVC, polystyrene (PS).
Of the color shades, using an electronic mixing system Marabu-ColorManager (MCM), you can get all known color systems PANTONE®, HKS®, and RAL®. All color shades can be mixed with each other in any combination. Avoid mixing with other types of paints to preserve the special properties of Ultraplus UVP.

Thinner UVV1 UVV1 - thinner is added to the paint before application to adjust its properties before screen printing in particular viscosity and spreading. Additive - 1-10% Unit of measure: 1l. |

The reactive thinner UVV3 UVV3-reactive thinner is added to the paint before application to adjust its properties before screen printing in particular viscosity and spreading. Additive - 1-10% Unit of measure: 1l. |

UV accelerator UV-B1 UV-B1 - uv accelerator, used to accelerate the reaction of curing paint and possible improvement of adhesion to the substrate based on improved deep curing. Additive - 1-2% Unit of measure: 0,1l. |

Means for spreading UV-VM UV-VM - means for spreading, is used to eliminate violations of paint spreading, which may occur due to residues of dirt on the printed surface of the substrate or improper adjustment of the printing machine. Additive - 0,5-1,5% Unit of measure: 0,1l. |

Hardener H3 H3 - hardener, added to give the paint layer better stability and adhesion. The hardener should be thoroughly and evenly mixed in the paint. This mixture is not suitable for long-term storage and therefore should be used during the time of the bowl. Additive - 2-4% Unit of measure: 0,2l. |
![]() |
Thixotropic agent STM STM - thixotropic agent, serves to increase the hiding power of the paint. It is used, for example, when printing thin lines in the positive and negative printing area, with relief printing. Not applicable where high flexibility of the paint layer, deep drawing is required. Additive - 0,5-2% Unit of measure: 1l. and 5l. |

UR3/ UR4 cleaner UR3 and UR4 - universal cleaners are recommended for cleaning screen forms, working tools and printing tables from paint. Unit of measure: 5l. |
Metallics are mixed with lacquer UVP 904, and the recommended amount of additives can be individually adjusted depending on the printing task. Since mixtures with metallics are not stable during storage, they need to be prepared in an amount that can be processed within 8 hours. Because of its chemical structure, the pale gold S 184 and copper S 186 reduce the working time with bronze shades to 4 hours.

Metallic powders Metal powders are used to obtain metallic shades by mixing the powder into transparent varnishes. Due to the larger size of solid particles in metal powders should choose a coarser mesh, for example, 100.40. Shades, made of powders of metals exposed to the dry abrasion, therefore, to protect the imprint, recommended surface varnish UVP 904. |

Metallized pastes for paints based on UV curing High-gloss metallized pastes are used to create metallic shades by mixing them into transparent varnishes and bases. For printing, we recommend using grids, for example, from 140.31 to 150.31. |
