10210TF Transflex Printable Adhesive is a specialized adhesive for hot transfers (hot split) and cold (cold peel) office, serves for use as the adhesive layer for all inks Transflex series. The adhesive is versatile and can be used for printing on transfer papers of any type.


Print options

Types of fabrics

100% cotton, cotton blends.

Mesh selection

Fine lines: 43-77 threads/cm.

Recommended tension: 25-35 N/cm.

The choice of the doctor blade

Stiffness: 65-85 Sh single-layer, three-layer 75/90/75 Sh.

Edge: sharp.

Speed: average. Avoid excessive pressure on the squeegee during printing.


Emulsion: 2+2.

Printed gap: 2 mm.

The drying parameters

Intermediate drying: 70 °C (160 °F).

Transfer: 171 °C (375 °F).


Additives: pigments PC - max. 5% by weight.

Diluent: not applicable.


Store at temperature 18-32º C.

Avoid contact with direct sunlight.

Printing guidelines

• As a standard mesh for the low detail we recommend the use of mesh 43 threads/cm.

• Work with high detail recommended to 77 threads/cm.

• Glue the last layer is printed on top of the transfer paints.

• To improve the distribution of adhesive during the transfer to the transfer press, it is recommended to modify the layout so that the adhesive has penetrated between the individual flowers.

• To print the adhesive layer it is recommended to use three-layer squeegee hardness 75/90/75 Sh.

• Glue does not require drying finish, quite dry adhesive layer at a temperature of 90 °C.

• Before printing the adhesive layer it is necessary to dry the paint/paint main design intermediate drying.


Special recommendation

• Test for drying are required prior to beginning the print run. Insufficient or excessive drying will result in poor stability of the print to wash, and poor adhesion of paint. The temperature on the surface of the impression with intermediate and final drying must be monitored with a pyrometer or other means.

• Responsibility for the correct selection of paint to a printing material lying on the technologist or the printer responsible for making paint and printing options.

• Before starting the circulation of the print is recommended a test print and translation into a particular fabric or item, to produce the desired result.

• When the hot compartment remove the transfer paper should be made immediately after the transfer. At cold branch, should be cool the product without removing the paper for about 10 seconds.

• Stir the product before printing.

• The printed image cannot be subjected to dry cleaning, bleaching, and Ironing with a hot iron.
