Paint pad printing with solvent Tampastar TPR

 

 


Paint Pad printing Tampastar TPR is used for printing on polystyrene (PS), ABS-and SAN-plastics, polycarbonate (PC), acrylic glass (PMMA), rigid PVC and some varieties of soft PVC, wood, paper and cardboard.

When you add a hardener H1 or H2 paint Tampastar TPR demonstrates excellent adhesion to the printed materials such as lacquered surfaces, thin-layer anodized aluminum or different Curable.

Glossy and quick-drying paint Tampastar TPR is especially good for printing promotional products, packages in perfumes, body details of products and other high-quality goods.

Of the color shades, using an electronic mixing system Marabu-ColorManager (MCM), you can get all known color systems PANTONE®, HKS®, and RAL®. All color shades can be mixed with each other in any combination. Avoid mixing with other types of paints to preserve the special properties of Tampastar TPR.

Universal thinner TPV

TPV - universal thinner is added to the paint before application to adjust its properties before pad printing in particular viscosity and spreading.

Additive - 10-20%

Fast thinner TPV2

TPV2 - fast thinner is added to the paint before application to adjust its properties before pad printing in particular viscosity and spreading.

Additive - 10-20%

Slow thinner TPV3

TPV3 - slow diluent is added to the paint before application to adjust its properties before pad printing in particular viscosity and spreading.

Additive - 10-20%

Soft retarder SV1

SV1 - universal retarder, added to the paint before use, significantly increasing the drying time of the paint if the work is carried out at slow printing speeds. Also reduce the resistance to adhesion of fingerprints (in the stack).

Additive - 1-10%

VP retarding paste

VP - paste retarder is added to the paint in the case when the addition of solvent and retarder is no longer possible, and the paint still dries quickly. ONLY applies to one component pad and screen printing inks.

Hardener H1

H1 - hardener, added to give the paint layer better stability and adhesion. The hardener should be thoroughly and evenly mixed in the paint. The mixture of paint and hardener is unstable and must be recycled within 8 hours.

Additive - 10%

Unit of measure: 0,1l. and 0,2l.

Hardener H2

H2 - hardener, added to give the paint layer better stability and adhesion. The hardener should be thoroughly and evenly mixed in the paint. The mixture of paint and hardener is unstable and must be recycled within 4 hours.

The thermo hardener HT1

HT1 - thermo curing agent is added to give a colorful layer of better stability and adhesion. The hardener should be thoroughly and evenly mixed in the paint. When used with paint, there is no bowl time as this hardener is only activated by temperature (30 min/150 C°).

Additive - 10%

Unit of measure: 1kg.

ES flow improver

ES - means for spreading, serves to prevent the formation of bubbles in the paint during printing, due to the constant movement of the squeegee or intensive mixing.

Additive - 0,5-1%

Mattifying powder МР

MP matting powder, matting is used for screen printing or pad printing inks with no loss in opacity. Supplement powder the IR is not making a colorful mixture of extraneous binder. Therefore, the properties of the paint remain unchanged.

Additive - 1-4%

Antistatic paste AP

AP - anti-static paste, used to reduce the impact of static charge on the paint. The paste reduces the viscosity of the paint and due to non-polar particles eliminates the typical phenomenon of "stretching threads"when printing.

Additive - 1-10%

Opaque paste ОР170

OP170 - covering paste, serves to increase the hiding power of color shades without affecting their chemical resistance and resistance to dry abrasion. Used with stencil and tempera paints based on solvents.

Additive - 1-15%

Unit of measure: 0,1l.

UR3/ UR4 cleaner

UR3 and UR4 - universal cleaners are recommended for cleaning screen forms, working tools and printing tables from paint.

Unit of measure: 5l.


Metallics are mixed with lacquer TPR 910, and the recommended amount of additives can be individually adjusted depending on the printing task. Since mixtures with metallics are not stable during storage, they need to be prepared in an amount that can be processed within 8 hours. Because of its chemical structure, the pale gold S 184 and copper S 186 reduce the working time with bronze shades to 4 hours.


Metallic powders

Metal powders are used to obtain metallic shades by mixing the powder into transparent varnishes. Due to the large size of the pigments, we recommend using a 25-30 µm depth rasterized cliche when printing with metal powders.

Shades, made of powders of metals exposed to the dry abrasion, therefore, to protect the imprint, recommended surface varnish TPR 910.
