Plastisol paint Sprint White – white paint of the highest quality, which has excellent printing properties and has an attractive appearance. The paint is versatile, and can be used as a substrate when printing or just when printing white.

Paint Sprint White is characterized by a quick time intermediate drying with minimal stickiness, an overlap of cloth and fibers, high brightness and opacity. Paint Sprint White is designed for printing on fabrics of 100% cotton.

Emulsion: 2+2.

Printed gap: 2 mm.

The drying parameters

Intermediate drying: 104 °C (220 °F).

Final drying: 160 °C (320 °F).

Thickener: 10025VB QEC Viscosity Buster - 1% by weight.

Storage

Store at temperature 18-32º C.

Printing guidelines


• use well-strained shape to optimize the printing process;

• to increase the speed of production, with printing plates use grid higher resolution, which will reduce the drying time;

• avoid excessive pressure on the squeegee when printing;

• for best results, follow the recommended printing parameters and the number of grids.

 

Special recommendation


• Test for drying are required prior to beginning the print run. Insufficient or excessive drying will result in poor stability of the print to wash, and poor adhesion of paint. The temperature on the surface of the impression with intermediate and final drying must be monitored with a pyrometer or other means.

• Responsibility for the correct selection of paint to a printing material lying on the technologist or the printer responsible for making paint and printing options.

• Before printing the paint should be stirred.

• Sealed image can not be subjected to dry cleaning, bleaching, and Ironing with a hot iron.
