Geo Nylone White it is a water-based paint that does not contain formaldehyde, phthalates and PVC, designed for application to all hard-to-print garments such as nylon, technical and synthetic fabrics.

43-77 threads/cm, depending on the type of printing.

Recommended tension: 25-35 N/cm.

The drying parameters

Intermediate drying at 116 °C (241 °F).

Final drying at 150 °C (300 °F).

Supplements

Retarder: Hydracryl Retarder - up to 5% by weight.

Retainer: UniFix LC reduces the curing temperature to 120 °C - 3% by weight.

Retainer: Hi Activator reduces the curing temperature to 90 °C, increases durability and durability, and allows the ink to air dry at ambient temperature for 48 hours - up to 3% by weight.

Printing guidelines


• for best results, follow the recommended printing parameters and the number of grids;

• avoid excessive pressure on the squeegee when printing;

• printing: two passes without intermediate drying. The use of an intermediate drying is necessary when using a dye as a substrate;

• exact drying times cannot be given due to objective differences in power, distance to the heating element intermediate drying, and the thickness of the applied layer of paint;

• to increase the speed of production, use mesh higher resolution, which will reduce the drying time. Adjust the machine settings and drying so that after intermediate drying of the top layer of paint was dry to the touch;

• to optimize the printing process use a well-strained shape;

• before printing it is recommended to add 3-5% retarder Retarder Hydracryl, which prevents the thickening of the ink on the printed form, under difficult conditions printing maximum additive is 8%;

• to clean the screen form in cluding the printing process used water.

 

Special recommendation


• test for drying are required prior to beginning the print run. Insufficient or excessive drying will result in poor stability of the print to wash, and poor adhesion of paint. The temperature on the surface of the impression with intermediate and final drying must be monitored with a pyrometer or other means;

• responsibility for the correct selection of paint to a printing material lying on the technologist or the printer responsible for making paint and printing options;
