Ltd. "Reklamnaya sreda" offers a polyester mesh for screen printing. This grid is responsible for all of the requirements imposed in modern screen printing.

The proposed mesh for screen printing withstand high tension with low stretch factor. Screen mesh has a high stability during long print runs. Its ability to maintain a high level of tension allows for constant conditions of the printing process, ie consistently high-quality prints.

* the values of a tension of mesh are the ultimate in tension on the frame the value of which one of the parties is not more than 1 m when using suspended equipment, ensuring uniform and balanced tension, and the clips system, not allowing the mesh to slip. When the tension of the mesh on the frame is more than 1 m, a measure of tension must be reduced:

  • frame size up to 2 m 15...20%
  • frame size up to 3 m 20...25%

 

** Theoretical paint consumption - is the amount of paint that can pass through a given area of the sieve. Is indicative and depends on many parameters.
