Kiwoprint D 159 AF is a high - quality glue for screen printing, is used for the production of adhesive products in the automotive and electronic industry (for example, membrane keyboard, optical indicating instruments, electric instruments), with higher requirements for adhesive capacity. Due to the high viscosity of the adhesive structure can be sealed even absorbent substrate such as felt, cloth or foamed polyethylene.

Prints with Kiwoprint D 159 AF can be used in areas with temperature range between -30 °C and + 180 ° C. Due to its relatively soft surface adhesiveness, it is particularly suitable for use in so-called difficult substrates (substrates), such as polyethylene, polypropylene or polyamide.

Materials, sealed Kiwoprint D 159 AF can be stored at least 1 year without appreciable deterioration of the adhesive properties, if you can cover them with silicone paper and store in a dry and dark place at room temperature.


When applying the adhesive by the screen printing method the best results can be achieved optimal setting of the printing device. Thus, it is possible to avoid the formation of bubbles. Processing of the dispersion adhesive facilitates high humidity. For small breaks in the seal adhesive can be left on the printed form. After a small irrigation water print process can be continued. Kiwoprint D 159 AF should be used undiluted. Only the dilution water, however, should take into account this dilution may result in the printing process to the formation of bubbles, and the printed adhesive layer is thinner.

Drying is carried out during storage at room temperature or in the case of industrial production by passing the prints through the drying channel. The drying time depends on the amount of adhesive applied, the grade of material, which is applied to the printing, the humidity and temperature of drying. For each device the estimated values are determined and optimized independently.

Only fully processed air the adhesive layer has the highest degree of the adhesive ability. For further use of the imprint ready after the final drying, only then it can be covered with silicone paper or foil. We recommend laminating a covering material without bubbles, because air incorporation can affect the adhesive layer.

1. The substrate, cleaned of dust and grease.

2. Optimum gluing temperature: 20-60 °C.

3. Additional pressure stamping (about 3 to 4 bar on 100 cm2).
