• After the final drying, the base has a very high degree of gloss.

• Excellent adhesion to fabric and good wash resistance.

• Super-stretch, excellent stretching ability.

Printing guidelines

• To obtain a thick layer with an intermediate drying between layers, do not use "wet-on-wet". Work with abundant irrigation.

• After intermediate drying, the colour turns to a milky-opaque. This effect disappears completely after proper final drying. When drying, check the surface temperature of the paint.

• Database can be printed as a separate color in the design, and as a final layer for the complete or selective sealing (varnishing) of the existing design.

• Avoid excessive pressure on the squeegee during printing.

• Can be used as an adhesive for foil, beads, balls, and other items of decoration.

Special recommendation

• Test for drying are required prior to beginning the print run. Insufficient or excessive drying will result in poor stability of the print to wash, and poor adhesion of paint. The temperature on the surface of the impression with intermediate and final drying must be monitored with a pyrometer or other means.

• Responsibility for the correct selection of paint to a printing material lying on the technologist or the printer responsible for making paint and printing options.

• When printing on top of colored designs, color, and transparency of screen-printed base may be affected by the dyes contained in the ink. You should take into account that some paints contain pigments that can migrate into the base during drying with high temperature. Therefore, it is recommended to do preliminary tests before starting number of copies, and printing with intermediate drying.

• When printing the effect of "caviar" or drops on mixed fabrics containing polyester, it is necessary to conduct preliminary tests.

• Migration of dye can affect the appearance of the print, especially if "egg" or drop transparent.

• The dyes in the fabric can change the transparency of the database and its shade while drying.

• Stir the product before printing.

• The printed image cannot be subjected to dry cleaning, bleaching, and Ironing with a hot iron.

• For any application not referred in this manual, necessary to carry out preliminary tests or to consult a specialist.
