Water base of the Glittering Base for adding glitter

Glittering Base - transparent elastic aqueous base (binder) based on polyurethane for added glitter. After printing, glitter perfectly bond to the fabric, however, remains very bright and similar to a splatter effect.

• specially designed for expressive finishing design elements;

• for light or dark textiles, the best way looks dark;

• odorless;

• stretch base with excellent adhesion.

Printing guidelines

• for best results, follow the recommended printing parameters and the number of grids;

• avoid excessive pressure on the squeegee when printing;

• exact drying times cannot be given due to objective differences in power, distance to the heating element of drying, as well as the thickness of the applied layer of paint;

• when recommended meshes with an intermediate or minimum diameter of the filament;

• to optimize the printing process use a well-strained shape;

• before printing in the paint be sure to add 3-5% of the diluent Reducer 77, for further dilution use only the diluent Jet Reducer (1-3%);

• retarder Hydracryl Retarder helps to improve the stability of the paint on the stencil, the addition of 3-5% in the paint;

• to apply the paint design and textile foil (or flock) in water-based paints you need to add 20-60% Foil off Additive and 3% of Flock Catalyst. This additive prevents adhesion of the foil (flock) to the ink in the transfer process. At the same time productive of this mixture is limited to 8-10 hours;

• initial cleaning of stencils is made of water, after which the stencil is dried and optionally is flushed with a cleaner solvent-based.

Special recommendation

• test for drying are required prior to beginning the print run. Insufficient or excessive drying will result in poor stability of the print to wash, and poor adhesion of paint. The temperature on the surface of the impression with intermediate and final drying must be monitored with a pyrometer or other means;

• responsibility for the correct selection of paint to a printing material lying on the technologist or the printer responsible for making paint and printing options;

• before printing the paint should be stirred;

• decrease the viscosity of the paint (when diluted) affects opacity;

• for any application not referred in this manual, necessary to carry out preliminary tests or to consult a specialist.
