Description


Plastisol base Fashion Soft Base - plastitalia printed base low viscosity, designed to create a very soft prints, simulating paint is water based and the playback extremely soft texture. Base penetrates the fabric and becomes its integrated part. To create a colour base can be mixed with concentrates of pigments or finished paints.

Recommended tension: 25-35 N/cm.

Intermediate drying: 70 °C (160°F).

Transfer: 160 °C (320°F).

Supplements: MX - max. 25%, PC - max. 10% by weight.

Diluent: 10025VB QEC Viscosity Buster - 1% by weight.

Storage

Store at temperature 18-32º C.

Avoid contact with direct sunlight.

Printing guidelines


• To obtain the desired color you must add the concentrates of pigments or paint PC MX series.

• To achieve the desired surface effects necessary to adjust the drying parameters.

• We recommend printing in a single pass.

• To increase opacity is to add opaque paint.

• To print so that the paint is completely embedded in the tissue surface.

 

Special recommendation


• Test for drying are required prior to beginning the print run. Insufficient or excessive drying will result in poor stability of the print to wash, and poor adhesion of paint. The temperature on the surface of the impression with intermediate and final drying must be monitored with a pyrometer or other means.

• Responsibility for the correct selection of paint to a printing material lying on the technologist or the printer responsible for making paint and printing options.

• Test before launch into production. Improper drying of the paint may cause poor resistance to washing, insufficient adhesion, unacceptable durability and increased likelihood of dye migration.

• Do not use Fashion Soft Base as the base for glitter or adhesive base.

• Supplement too many Kohler pigment or ink can lead to a change in printing properties.

• Change the drying temperature during printing will affect the surface texture and the tactile sensation of print.

• Stir the product before printing.

• The printed image cannot be subjected to dry cleaning, bleaching, and Ironing with a hot iron.
