Printing guidelines

• For best results, follow the recommended printing parameters and the number of grids.

• Paint system MX are not opaque. With proper mixing (following the formulas), you get the color light to medium opacity.

• Best results are obtained when printing on white/light fabrics.

• When printing on dark textiles may require the printing substrate. On 100% cotton fabrics recommended 11335WHT Sprint White or 11135WHT Olympia Plus White.

• To avoid the risk of migration of the dyes fabrics when printing on materials where migration is possible, the print substrate recommended 11003WHT Athletic Trophy White.

• Avoid excessive pressure on the squeegee during printing.

Special recommendation

• Test for drying are required prior to beginning the print run. Insufficient or excessive drying will result in poor stability of the print to wash, and poor adhesion of paint. The temperature on the surface of the impression with intermediate and final drying must be monitored with a pyrometer or other means.

• Responsibility for the correct selection of paint to a printing material lying on the technologist or the printer responsible for making paint and printing options.

• For matching shades, all the colors are mixed according to the formulas Pantone that was printed through the mesh 62 threads/cm on fabric 100% cotton white color. However, the MX dyes can also be printed through mesh ranging from 43 to 120 threads/cm, depending on the selected mesh and the resulting paint layer can change the color saturation and opacity of paint.

• Avoid excessive intermediate drying, as this may result in poor adhesion of paint layers when multi-color printing.

• Excessive dilution can dramatically decrease the opacity of the paint.

• Before printing the paint should be stirred.

• Sealed image can not be subjected to dry cleaning, bleaching, and Ironing with a hot iron.

• For any application not referred in this manual, necessary to carry out preliminary tests or to consult a specialist.
