Description


Plastisol base Bubble Stretch Base was designed specifically to create a textured opaque print, with a high stretching ability. After curing the paint has a semi-gloss appearance, the surface is a small holes and craters.

Types of fabrics

100% cotton fabrics on its basis, uncovered spandex and nylon.

Mesh selection

10-90 threads/cm, depending on the type of printing.

Recommended tension: 25-35 N/cm.

The choice of the doctor blade

Hardness: 75 Sh a single-layer, three-layer 75/90/75 Sh.

Profile: rectangular.

Edge: sharp.

Speed: average.

Stencil

Emulsion: 2+2.

Capillary film: 200-400 microns.

Printed gap: 2 mm.

The drying parameters

Intermediate drying at 104 °C (220°F).

Transfer: 175°C (350 °F).

Supplements

Supplements: MX, PC - max. 10% by weight.

Diluent: 10025VB QEC Viscosity Buster - 2% by weight.

Storage

Store at temperature 18-32º C.

Avoid contact with direct sunlight.

Printing guidelines


• When printing you can use the technology print/intermediate drying/printing or printing in a single rental.

• When printing a thicker layer will increase the opacity of the paint and increase teksturirovanie surface.

• Paint is becoming more uneven surface, if the curing temperature is 175°C (350°F).

• Add 10% (by weight) base Natural Suede in order to reduce the degree of gloss and to increase the saturation and color depth.

• To obtain the desired layer by typing in the "single hire", prepare accordingly the printing form ("high" stencil).

 

Special recommendation


• Test for drying are required prior to beginning the print run. Insufficient or excessive drying will result in poor stability of the print to wash, and poor adhesion of paint. The temperature on the surface of the impression with intermediate and final drying must be monitored with a pyrometer or other means.

• Responsibility for the correct selection of paint to a printing material lying on the technologist or the printer responsible for making paint and printing options.

• Test before launch into production. Improper drying of the paint may cause poor resistance to washing, insufficient adhesion, unacceptable durability and increased likelihood of dye migration.

• Supplement too many Kohler pigment or ink can lead to a change in printing properties.

• Change the drying temperature during printing will affect the surface texture and the tactile sensation of print.

• Stir the product before printing.

• The printed image cannot be subjected to dry cleaning, bleaching, and Ironing with a hot iron.
