Solvent resistant emulsion Azocol Poly-Plus HV




Azocol Poly-Plus HV is used to produce high quality stencil forms resistant to paints as solvent-based. Because of its high viscosity and high solids content of this emulsion is particularly well suited for coating of coarse mesh or for making stencils with thick emulsion layer.


Sensitization. DIAZO № 9. For coating photographic emulsions to fill a bottle with powder sensitizer for ½ of the volume (the risk) Shake well and pour the resulting solution into a jar with photo emulsion. You then need to re-fill the bottle with water on the risk, once again shake well and pour the water back into the jar with photo emulsion. After that, the emulsion must be mixed thoroughly and leave for 30-40 minutes, after which emulsion is ready.

Degreasing. For best results, before applying the emulsion, screen mesh should be cleaned and degreased. To do this, use a degreasing handicraft series PREGAN (A9 or NT9) or integrated tool KIWO MESH X-CEL. APPLICATION. Azocol Poly-Plus HV emulsion can be applied manually or with automatic installation. DRY. For best stability stencil mesh with image photo emulsion before exposure should be thoroughly dried at a temperature of 35 - 40 ° C. Recommend the use of the oven with a filtration system and fresh air.

Exposure. Stencil is created by curing waste area under UV - radiation. Requires a source of exposure to actinic blue light with a wavelength in the range 350 - 420 nm. The optimal source of such light are metal (metal halide) bulbs.

Retouched. To fix the edges of the stencil and filling is recommended to use products in a series of KIWOFILLER. When printing water based paints should be applied waterproof retouching.

Flaking. Azocol Poly-Plus HV can be easily removed from the grid by product line for the wash emulsion PREGASOL. If the flaking emulsion on the grid remain contamination (paint residues or so-called "double image"), they can be removed with products PREGAN for final processing of the grid. COLOR. Before sensitization: blue, after sensitization: green

Viscosity. About 11 500 mPas

STORAGE. Sensitization before 12 months (20-25 ° C). Once sensitized about 6 weeks (20-25 ° C). Protect from frost!

Grid with pre-applied emulsion layer: about 2 weeks (at 20-25 ° C in complete darkness).

When long storage stencil emulsion layer can absorb moisture from the environment, so it is recommended to re-exposure to drying.
